Donna Mo

Donna Mo is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Mo works on a wide variety of labor and employment cases, including class actions, wage and hour claims, discrimination claims, and harassment claims. Ms. Mo's wage and hour practice includes the representation of employers in defending claims involving meal and rest breaks, off-the-clock work, and challenges to classification of employees as exempt. A significant portion of Ms. Mo's practice is dedicated to defending employers in putative wage and hour class and collective actions. She has represented clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, airline, trucking, retail, healthcare, and staffing.

Ms. Mo received her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where she was an editor of the UCLA Law Review and the UCLA Entertainment Law Review. She received her B.A., magna cum laude and college honors, in business economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she was a recipient of the Regents Scholarship.
