Douglas Fried is head of Chadbourne's P3 practice. He represents numerous sponsors, equity investors and lenders in connection with transportation, infrastructure and energy projects in the United States and abroad. His practice includes the representation of such entities in connection with the development and financing of new projects, the privatization of existing assets, public-private partnerships, the workout and restructuring of troubled projects, companies and transactions, and sales and acquisitions. Mr. Fried was the lead partner representing the sponsors for the Northwest Parkway in Colorado and the international lenders for the Cross Israel Highway Project, the first toll road project in Israel, both of which were named as "Deals of the Year" by various publications.
