Douglas Stanford is experienced in asset-based commercial acquisitions and financing transactions, with practice concentration on complex purchase and sale transactions, private equity transactions, capital formation and structuring, asset-based lending, and commercial real estate ownership, leasing and financing. Mr. Stanford’s experience includes a broad range of real estate investment vehicles, including REITs, REMICs, CMBS, and private funds, both domestically and internationally.

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Mr. Stanford was of counsel and a real estate business lawyer in the Orlando and Miami offices of another international law firm. He was a member of the firm’s real estate and finance & financial institutions practice and hospitality & leisure industry team.
