Esther Jansen specializes in the areas of bank finance (including acquisition and real estate financings), bank/bond financings, restructuring and refinancings. She represents German and foreign clients in domestic and cross-border finance transactions. After having worked as an attorney in another international law firm, Ms. Jansen joined Shearman & Sterling’s Frankfurt office in 2001 and became a partner in 2005.
