Drew Peterson is a senior associate in the Finance Group. His practice focuses on mortgage-backed and asset-backed securitization, primarily representing major financial institutions offering corporate trust services in structured finance transactions. Recently, he has counseled clients with transactional, bankruptcy and litigation issues relating to the financial markets crisis and the resulting contraction of the global capital markets.

Drew received his J.D. in 2003 from George Mason University and his B.A. in 2000 from Grove City College. He is a member of the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association, the American Securitization Forum and the Charlotte Leadership Forum.
