Drew Fine has been a partner in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy since 1996. Mr. Fine is a member of the firm’s Global Executive Committee and is Chair of Milbank’s finance practice. From 2004 through 2010, he served as the Practice Group Leader of the Transportation & Space Group. He joined the firm in 1986.

Mr. Fine has extensive experience in a wide variety of international financial and corporate transactions, including public offerings and private placement of securities (equipment notes, enhanced equipment trust certificates (EETCs), portfolio securitizations), acquisitions, leveraged leasing, secured and unsecured lending, cross-border financings, structured financings, workouts and credit enhancements.
