Mike Rossman focuses on representing management clients in employment-related litigation with an emphasis on wage/hour, discrimination, and labor actions. Mike has extensive experience in class, collective, and multiparty actions in federal and state courts. In addition, Mike represents and counsels management on issues arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act, National Labor Relations Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the WARN Act, and other federal and state labor and employment laws.
Mike's representation of clients includes: Borden Chemical, Delphi, General Electric, General Motors, McDonald's, National City Bank, Ohio Casualty Insurance, ProMedica Health System, Standard Insurance, and Verizon.
Mike has written on a variety of topics, including wage and hour issues, labor issues, management techniques, and litigation avoidance. He is a member of the Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations and is a contributing editor to The Developing Labor Law.
