Mike has extensive experience in class, collective, and multiparty actions in federal and state courts. In addition, Mike represents and counsels management on issues arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act, National Labor Relations Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the WARN Act, and other federal and state labor and employment laws.
