Edward J. Green is a partner and health care lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP, concentrating his practice in health care transactions, health care planning, health care litigation and health care bankruptcies. Mr. Green serves as the national partner in charge of business development for Foley's Regulated Industries Department. Mr. Green is also the co-chairman of Foley's Health Care Transactions Focus Group. He is a member of the firm's Health Care Industry Team, Bankruptcy & Business Reorganizations, Finance & Financial Institutions, and Health Care Finance Practices.

Over the years, Mr. Green has structured, negotiated and closed numerous health care transactions and joint ventures involving long-term care facilities, assisted living facilities, hospitals, surgery centers, dialysis centers, multi-entity health care delivery systems, and physician groups, involving billions of dollars in consideration.
