Mat Sibble, a partner in the firm's Business Law Department and co-chair of its Debt Finance Group, specializes in financing transactions. Mr. Sibble's practice extends to tax-exempt financings, both as nationally recognized bond counsel and as counsel to underwriters and other participants in public offerings.

Mr. Sibble represents major regional, national and international banks in a broad range of matters. His clients also include private equity sponsors, venture capital firms and their portfolio companies in financing transactions.
