Edward Michael Harrington

Edward Harrington’s practice focuses on complex commercial and civil litigation. He represents clients in matters relating to antitrust, securities law, corporate espionage, bankruptcy, and fee disputes. Most recently, he was part of a team that secured large settlements on behalf of the Federal Housing Finance Agency for its claims against numerous financial institutions arising out of the issuance of residential mortgage-backed securities.
