Ed Goldman concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial leasing, sales and acquisitions, permanent and construction financing, and construction law.

Ed's experience includes the representation of shopping center developers, owners and developers of office buildings, office and retail tenants, and other users of real property, both locally and on a national level.

Ed has extensive experience representing REITs in many areas including initial formation, mergers and acquisitions, development, secured and unsecured credit facilities, and commercial leasing transactions. He also has experience in the representation of owners, operators, managers, and developers of public, private, and semi-private golf course properties, including legal services ranging from development, financing, acquisition/disposition, private club formation, liquor licensing, and the rendering of day-to-day management advice.
