Efrat R. Schulman

Efrat Schulman's practice covers the entire scope of labor and employment law and includes single plaintiff employment cases to large class actions as well as advising clients in employment matters. She represents employers before administrative agencies and state and federal courts in matters stemming from Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the National Labor Relations Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and state wage and hour laws. She also has experience resolving allegations of breach of contract, wrongful discharge, and other charges pertaining to employment.

She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
