Elena Branzburg is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings. She concentrates her practice primarily on the acquisition and disposition of commercial projects, joint venture formations, real estate-related lending and reorganizations.

Ms. Branzburg graduated with a B.S. in Political Science: International Relations from the University of California, San Diego in 2004. She received her J.D. in 2009 from the UCLA School of Law. Ms. Branzburg is a member of the State Bar of California.
