Elena recently handled several pan-European projects, such as Platinum Equity LLC's divestiture of its fibreglass business in Belgium, Luxembourg, Norway, and Tunisia to Binani Industries, an Indian conglomerate, as well as NextiraOne Europe B.V.'s sale of its Swiss subsidiary to Sunrise Communications AG, Switzerland's second largest mobile network operator.
