Elizabeth A. N. Haas is a partner and litigation attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP. Ms. Haas’ practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including the areas of antitrust and class action defense work, and claims asserted under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), in addition to representing corporate clients in all types of business litigation. She is a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Antitrust and Distribution & Franchise Practices as well as the Sports Industry Team. Ms. Haas is also a member of the firm’s national Recruiting Committee.

Ms. Haas' practice is national in scope. She regularly litigates and arbitrates cases across the country for matters pending before federal and state courts, as well as various federal agencies. As an experienced litigator, Ms. Haas represents corporate clients involved in sophisticated, high-stakes commercial and financial disputes and has defended several lawsuits in which the plaintiffs sought significantly in excess of $1 billion in damages. Additionally, Ms. Haas has significant experience in complex electronic discovery and has frequently lectured on the subject.

Ms. Haas has particular experience in antitrust counseling, providing advice to manufacturers, distributors and service providers on distribution issues. In working with clients, Ms. Haas seeks to understand her client’s business and strategic objectives in order to best addresses the individual client’s needs.
