Elizabeth Myers focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract, securities, officer and director liability, mergers and acquisitions, and environmental claims. She has substantial experience in all aspects of discovery, motion, trial, and appellate practice in federal and state courts. She routinely represents plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts in Texas and throughout the United States. Elizabeth also represents companies and their officers and directors under investigation by governmental entities and represents boards, directors, and committees conducting internal investigations.
