Elizabeth Crockett

is an associate in the firm’s FDA & Life Sciences Practice Group.

Ms. Crockett’s practice includes counseling clients on a variety of medical device product approval and regulatory compliance issues, including 510(k) and PMA requirements, labeling, advertising, and promotion, recalls, MDR reporting, QSR compliance, FDA inspections, and criminal investigations.

Ms. Crockett received her Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from the University of North Carolina in 1990. She graduated from Catholic University, Columbus School of Law, magna cum laude, in 1994. Ms. Crockett served as the Managing Editor for The Journal of Contemporary Health Law & Policy, 1993-1994. Ms. Crockett is admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
