Elizabeth Stroyd Windsor

Elizabeth Stroyd Windsor is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Windsor represents employers in both complex- and single-plaintiff labor and employment cases, including gender, race, age, and disability discrimination and harassment cases in state and federal courts and before state and federal agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. In addition, Ms. Windsor has focused her practice on defending class and collective actions involving wage and hour issues and complex litigation involving noncompete agreements.

In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Windsor counsels employers in a broad range of industries for compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws related to discipline, discharge, reductions in force, leaves of absence, restrictive covenants, privacy rights, and other personnel decisions.

Ms. Windsor began her legal career as a law clerk to Judge Arthur J. Schwab of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and her A.B. in art history from Kenyon College.

Ms. Windsor is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
