Elizabeth Fraser concentrates her practice on corporate and securities law, representing both public and private companies in public offerings of debt and equity securities, private placements of debt and equity securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Elizabeth also advises public companies on corporate governance, executive compensation, and director responsibilities and fiduciary duties.
Elizabeth's clients include issuers, stockholders, and underwriters in public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities. She also works with public companies with respect to securities law compliance, governance issues and general corporate matters. Elizabeth is experience working with buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions transactions as well as emerging growth companies in connection with business plan development, private placement memorandum drafting and venture capital financing.
