Elizabeth’s practice includes commercial real estate development and finance. She has handled numerous financial transactions secured by real estate throughout North Carolina and the United States. Her primary focus has been handling syndicated corporate and real estate financing transactions throughout her legal career. She has worked with financial institutions as their counsel with a number of real estate entities and industry groups, including restaurant franchisees, health care REITS, and a variety of manufacturing companies.
While earning her juris doctor degree from Columbia University, Elizabeth was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
