Eric Ruzicka is a commercial litigator who specializes in the area of construction and real estate litigation. He is a partner in the firm’s Construction and Design practice groups and Construction and Energy industry groups. He has been litigating complex commercial matters for over 12 years. Mr. Ruzicka has litigated matters arising in a wide range of practice areas including construction defect, construction delay, real estate, insurance and other commercial litigation. He has represented clients in arbitration and federal and state courts both at the trial and appellate level.

Mr. Ruzicka also serves as the Firm’s pro bono partner, overseeing the Firm’s extensive pro bono efforts. In 2013, Dorsey lawyers devoted more than 30,500 hours in total to pro bono projects.
