Eric Amin’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in both federal and state courts in New York and around the country. He represents clients in a broad range of commercial disputes involving antitrust violations, securities claims, breach of contract, fraud claims, and RICO allegations. Eric also represents several clients through the firm’s pro bono program, including asylum applications and adjustment of status applications.
