Eric B. Funt is an associate with Holland & Knight's Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Funt focuses his practice on business and real estate litigation, construction litigation, creditor’s rights and bankruptcy.

While in law school, Mr. Funt was an associate member of The George Washington International Law Review, and a student-attorney for the Public Justice Advocacy Clinic. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Edwin G. Torres of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and for the Honorable Beryl A. Howell of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

Eric is also a dedicated pro bono advocate of Florida foster care children.
