Eric Chow

Eric Chow is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions group and a member of the Business department of Cooley. He joined the Firm in 2012 and is resident in the Palo Alto office.

Mr. Chow's practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, representing public and private companies from various industries.

Prior to joining Cooley, Mr. Chow worked with Deacons and K&L Gates in their respective offices in Hong Kong.

Mr. Chow completed an LL.M. with a certificate in Business Law in 2011 from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. He received his LL.B. and Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) from the University of Hong Kong. Mr. Chow is fluent in Cantonese Chinese and Mandarin Chinese.

Mr. Chow is a member of the Law Society of Hong Kong and is admitted to practice in New York and Hong Kong.
