He has represented numerous public and private companies and private equity firms in transactions involving US and non-US companies across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on technology, media and telecommunications.

He has counseled clients regarding various issues relating to patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy and data security, including in connection with mergers and acquisitions and secured financings. In addition, he has experience drafting and negotiating licensing agreements and technology transfers, arising out of joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.
