He has tried cases to verdict in state and federal courts and administrative forums in 10 states. He has also litigated international disputes before the American Arbitration Association’s Centre for International Dispute Resolution.

Eric has represented clients in a variety of industries, including banking and financial services, insurance, manufactured housing, window manufacturing, telecommunications, manufacturing, heavy-industrial construction and industrial metal recovery. His representation of these clients has involved complex contract disputes; Uniform Commercial Code disputes revolving around breaches of warranty, contract formation, and economic and non-economic losses; large-scale product failures; shareholder litigation for closely-held businesses; and internal corporate investigations.
