Eric L. Ray is a partner in Holland & Knight’s Miami office and works in the firm’s Litigation Section. Mr. Ray is experienced in the areas of commercial litigation and arbitration. He has a significant background in handling complex federal and state cases, including contract disputes; real estate and title insurance litigation; banking litigation; products liability defense; and enforcement of domestic judgments. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Ray worked as a public relations executive in New York.

Mr. Ray is active in the community through his involvement in organizations, including the Next Generation Council of the Community Partnership for the Homeless, the United Way and Mount Sinai Medical Center. He also provides pro bono legal representation to children in foster care and juveniles in immigration court proceedings.

While in law school, Mr. Ray was an intern in the Center for Ethics and Public Service, a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient and served as an articles and comments editor for the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review. Mr. Ray also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Gerald B. Cope, Florida Third District Court of Appeal.
