Erica Brennan is of counsel in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Atlanta office. Ms. Brennan focuses her practice on financial service clients, representing such clients in various corporate transactions and consulting clients with respect to corporate governance and regulatory compliance. She also has experience working with financial institutions and other companies in payment system matters involving money transmission, stored value cards, and ACH transactions. Ms. Brennan also brings experience as a former certified public accountant to her representation of financial services companies, having worked in the public accounting sector prior to law school.
