Erik B. Lundgren

Erik Lundgren represents public companies in connection with all aspects of executive and director compensation. He has represented clients ranging from smaller reporting companies to Fortune 500 companies and spanning a wide variety of industries.

Erik has extensive experience advising clients in the securities law and corporate governance aspects of executive compensation, including public disclosure and proxy statement requirements, equity and incentive compensation issues, Section 16 issues, stock exchange requirements, and ISS and other proxy advisor policies. He also has represented issuers and underwriters in connection with initial public offerings (IPOs).

Erik is a frequent speaker on executive compensation, securities law, and corporate governance topics and also has lectured on executive compensation at the Northwestern University School of Law and Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
