Erika Alley is a senior counsel and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP concentrating on estate planning, probate and estate and trust administration. She advises clients on estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, fiduciary income tax planning, charitable planning, planning for closely held businesses, and retirement account and life insurance planning.
