Erika H. Burk

Erika Burk is Counsel in the Firm’s Litigation Department. She has represented financial institutions, corporate officers and directors and other clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters, including securities class actions, shareholder derivative litigation and government investigations. She received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she was editor-in-chief of Brooklyn Law Review. She received an M.A. in political science from Columbia University and a B.A. in history from Middlebury College.
