Erin Gibson concentrates in civil trial practice in federal courts with an emphasis on patent litigation and International Trade Commission (ITC) proceedings.

Erin has tried 12 cases, including nine patent trials in federal district courts and the International Trade Commission. Erin recently won a defense verdict in a $500 million patent jury trial. Law360 named Erin a 2014 “Rising Star” in International Trade. She also was named a 2013-2014 Global Fellow of the Federal Circuit Bar Association.
