Esha Mankodi's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. She has experience with all aspects of litigation, including offensive and defensive discovery, framing legal issues, preparing for depositions, and drafting motions. Esha's past experience includes representing clients in connection with issues relating to the False Claims Act as well as defending corporations facing claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.

Esha maintains an active pro bono practice. Her pro bono experience includes a Freedom of Information Act appeal in the District Court for the District of Columbia and a direct criminal appeal in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
