Esteban (Steve) Ferrer is the immediate past Global Chair of the Corporate Department and is resident in the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Mr. Ferrer’s practice is focused on corporate governance, securities law compliance, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions (including strategic corporate alliances). Mr. Ferrer’s client base encompasses financial institutions, private capital firms, and healthcare and biotechnology companies. Fluent in Spanish, Mr. Ferrer also has experience in a variety of cross-border transactions in Latin America.
