Eunnice Eun

is a litigation partner in Kirkland's Washington office. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation in federal and state courts, and the arbitration of complex commercial disputes. Eunnice has experience representing clients in a wide variety of matters, including contract disputes, fraud claims, securities, antitrust, and ERISA claims, and defending clients in multidistrict litigation and class actions. In addition to litigation matters, Eunnice represents and advises companies faced with government investigations and enforcement actions brought by the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Eunnice worked as a reporter in the New England area. Her journalism background informs her work representing clients in defamation matters and providing legal advice to clients dealing with the media in crisis situations.
