Evan Georgopoulos is a partner in our Litigation practice group, where he concentrates on business crimes defense, commercial litigation, securities litigation and counseling clients on risk management and compliance.

Evan has represented corporate and individual clients in criminal and civil actions in federal and state courts, criminal and administrative investigations and arbitrations and mediations around the country, and in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and related compliance matters in Asia, Europe and the Americas. Evan has broad experience counseling corporations ranging from international pharmaceuticals, manufacturers and industry leading retailers to regional universities and individuals ranging from corporate board members to production level employees.

Evan, a former clerk to the Hon. Mark L. Wolf of the United States District Court, also served as Special Assistant District Attorney in Norfolk County, where he prosecuted numerous criminal jury and bench trials on behalf of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
