Evan L. Greebel focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities law. He advises middle market private equity funds on investments, acquisitions and dispositions, and provides ongoing representation to public and private companies across a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, health care, manufacturing, entertainment, media, hospitality, apparel, technology and energy.

Evan regularly handles negotiated mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, private investment in public equity (PIPE) transactions, investments in emerging stage and growth companies, corporate reorganizations, and debt and equity offerings. He also counsels clients on unsolicited takeovers, proxy contests and other contested transactions, including auctions and leveraged buyouts.
