Evan R. Calvert is a member of Venable’s Real Estate Practice Group. His practice focuses on complex real estate matters, including the acquisition, sale, financing, and leasing of real property. As a member of the Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities Servicing group, he also advises special servicers on the workout of troubled loans.

Representation of a major national poultry producer in connection with the sale, acquisition and leasing of real estate projects throughout the United States
Representation of a national wireless services provider in connection with the leasing of telecommunications sites throughout Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia

While in law school, Mr. Calvert served as a judicial intern to Judge Peter J. Messitte in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
