Eve Coddon is a partner in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. She serves as the firm's General Counsel.

Ms. Coddon has experience in all phases of litigation, including state and federal trial practice. Her areas of substantive experience include complex and class action litigation, insurance coverage litigation and advice, healthcare litigation, first amendment and media litigation, professional liability, and ethics. Ms. Coddon has significant experience in complex, multi-party litigation in state and federal court, as well as substantial experience in appellate practice. Ms. Coddon’s achievements include a number of trial victories and the affirmance of those victories on appeal.
