Eyitayo Tee St. Matthew-Daniel is an associate in Morgan Lewis Antitrust Practice. Ms. St. Matthew Daniel focuses her practice on antitrust litigation and merger reviews. She has experience managing complex cross-border matters that require responsive and practical counseling, as well as coordinated representations and timely filings in multiple jurisdictions. Her antitrust litigation experience includes class actions, price fixing, predatory pricing, monopolization, federal multidistrict litigation, state court indirect purchaser litigation, and civil and criminal investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the European Commission (EC). Ms. St. Matthew-Daniel also has experience securing antitrust clearance for mergers and joint ventures, having prepared merger filings and other submissions to the DOJ, the FTC, the EC and the national competition authorities of the European Union Member States, as well as the Chinese, South African, Brazilian, and Russian authorities, among others. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. St. Matthew-Daniel practiced in the Washington, D.C. and Brussels offices of a leading international law firm where she counseled major corporations from a wide range of industries on pricing and distribution arrangements, licensing arrangements and competitor collaborations raising multijurisdictional antitrust and competition issues.Ms. St. Matthew-Daniel earned her LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 2005, where she was the Cambridge-Harvard Law Link Scholar. She earned her B.A., with first class honours, in law from Girton College, University of Cambridge in 2004.Ms. St. Matthew-Daniel is admitted to practice in New York and in England and Wales as a Solicitor.
