Farah Gerdes is a partner in the technology transactions practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she focuses on the representation of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostic companies in intellectual property transactions. She represents clients in a variety of domestic and international business transactions involving intellectual property or product rights, including intellectual property licenses, collaboration agreements, research and development agreements, clinical trial management, manufacturing agreements, supply and distribution agreements, university licenses, mergers and acquisitions, and the formation of joint ventures and other types of strategic alliances and partnering arrangements.
