Fernando Rodriguez-Marin possesses more than 20 years of experience as a business lawyer, advising developers, investors and financial institutions on real estate, infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

At present, Fernando represents clients in project finance and Public Private Partnership transactions, especially roads, rail and other infrastructure transactions (both brownfield and greenfield), as well as renewable energy projects. In addition, Fernando regularly serves as counsel in Latin American and Spanish matters.

He was admitted as a Spanish abogado in 1988 and as a lawyer in New York in 1990. He served as a partner in DLA Piper's Madrid office for four years.
