Frank Kennamer’s practice emphasizes complex and class action litigation in a wide range of areas, including antitrust, commercial tort, product liability and securities. Frank obtained a jury verdict on a reinsurance intermediary malpractice claim. He also obtained a defense verdict in an eight-week jury trial on claims of alleged secret rebates, and a defense arbitration award regarding the alleged misappropriation of software trade secrets. Most cases, of course, do not go to trial, and Frank is adept in obtaining dismissals prior to trial as well as crafting favorable settlements for his clients.

Within the firm, Frank has served on the firm’s Risk Management Committee and Hiring Committee, and as the hiring partner for the San Francisco office.
