Fred Dunlop has 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, representing developers, development and property managers, consultants, institutional lenders and investors in a wide variety of transactions.

During his career, he has spoken at legal institutes sponsored by law schools, the International Council of Shopping Centers and bar associations on topics such as construction loan documentation, participation agreements among lenders, ground lease financing, condominiums, legal considerations for pension fund mortgage loans, mixed-use project development and lender participation interests in mortgage loans.
