Mr. Lee focuses on acquisitions and distressed financing transactions. Mr. Lee represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and other borrowers in connection with leveraged buyouts, obtaining syndicated loan financing and distressed investments. Mr. Lee also has extensive experience with restructuring the balance sheet of overleveraged companies.

a private equity fund in connection with $365M of first and second lien credit facilities to finance its acquisition of an office services outsourcing business
a private equity fund in connection with a $500M senior secured credit facility to finance its acquisition of a publicly traded military contractor
a marketing services portfolio company of a private equity fund in connection with a $1.0B first lien and second lien credit facilities
a global logistics portfolio company of a private equity fund in connection with a $1.3B senior secured credit facility
a water park operator portfolio company of a private equity fund in connection with a $420M senior secured credit facility
a wine and spirit distributor in connection with $415M of term and asset-backed revolving facilities
an ad hoc group of secured noteholders in connection with $850M DIP financing for Eastman Kodak Company
a group of financial institutions in connection with a $440M senior secured credit facility for an oil and gas exploration company
a credit fund in connection with a $100M second lien credit facility for an oil and gas exploration company.
