Irv Terrell’s national trial practice centers on business litigation of all kinds in Texas, Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, New Mexico, Louisiana, New York, and Pennsylvania: takeover suits, contract disputes, intellectual property claims, and business torts, including such matters as tortious interference, antitrust, fiduciary duty, fraudulent transfer, and securities fraud. He has also represented clients in election contests. In recent years, he tried five large complex cases to a result in succession. Mr. Terrell also defeated the SEC in New York City in 2007 and won a multi-billion trial judgment in 2009 for fraudulent transfer and breach of fiduciary duty.
