Phillip Worley represents individuals and companies in a variety of white collar defense and related civil litigation matters, including those arising out of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
Representations include several large public companies in internal investigations, a Corporate Monitor appointed to report to the Department of Justice regarding a public company's compliance program, public and private companies in compliance program implementation and design, and a private equity group in conducting FCPA due diligence related to its acquisitions. He also represents companies and individuals in class action, commercial, and derivative litigation arising under state law and federal securities law and advises companies regarding corporate governance and takeover preparedness.
Phillip is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
