Gabriel Monzon-Cortarelli is a partner in the corporate department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He focuses his practice on corporate, corporate finance and commercial transactions involving public and private companies. Gabriel has broad experience with cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances involving the U.S., Europe and Latin America, and international capital market offerings for European and Latin American issuers and underwriters.

Gabriel represents various global corporations in a variety of industry sectors including defense, food and beverage, retail, entertainment, logistics, transportation and automotive, engineering and energy, as well as, leading global financial institutions.

Prior to joining the firm, Gabriel practiced with an international law firm in New York where he was head of the firm’s Italian Desk.

Gabriel is a native Italian speaker, fluent in Spanish and knows conversational French.
