Ms. Miranda-Schmidt provides comprehensive services, including pre-contract due diligence review, contract drafting, review and negotiation, and renders advice with respect to the practical steps and legal considerations in connection with every aspect of residential real property transactions. In addition, she handles drafting, review and negotiation of construction and architectural contracts relating to construction work on residential properties from the very simple to gut renovation projects.
