Gary D. Rawitz

Gary Rawitz is of counsel in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. He concentrates his practice in securities law. Mr. Rawitz has extensive experience in representing numerous sponsors of unit investment trusts having all types of portfolios, including municipal bonds, equities, collateralized debt, government securities, and REIT’s. He has also organized and served as counsel to various mutual funds, as well as closed-end funds.
